Returns And Exchanges

• If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange please contact customer service.
• Purchased items may be returned for store credit only.
• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is placed.

• Returned items must be in their original packaging and in pristine condition, with no signs of wear.

All our pieces are made in 18 karat gold. The black version is 18 karat white gold that is plated in black rhodium.

Unfortunately the size of the bracelet can not be altered once produced.
