- Refund Time Frame: 72 hours to submit an exchange request for a full refund from the time of receiving your order.
- Eligibility Criteria: Item must be in pristine condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Exchange Initiation: Contact us at sales@tzuri.com to start the process. Upon approval, a pre-insured shipping label and clear instructions will be provided.
- Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Report defects, damages, or incorrect items to sales@tzuri.com promptly.
- Restocking Fee: A nominal fee may apply based on the item's condition.
- Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke or personalized items cannot be returned. No returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Extended Exchange Period: 14 days from receipt to initiate an exchange for another item of equal value.
- Optimized Exchange Process: Return the original purchase for the fastest exchange. Make a separate purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.
- Refunds: Refund status will be communicated upon receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds processed to the original payment method; allow standard processing time.
