  • Eligibility Criteria: Item must be in pristine condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchange Initiation: Contact us at sales@tzuri.com to start the process. Upon approval, a pre-insured shipping label and clear instructions will be provided.
  • Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Report defects, damages, or incorrect items to sales@tzuri.com promptly.
  • Restocking Fee:Ā A nominal fee may apply based on the item's condition.
  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke or personalized items cannot be returned. No returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Extended Exchange Period: 14 days from receipt to initiate an exchange for another item of equal value.
