If any defects are identified, we will either correct them or, in some cases, replace the item at no additional cost to you.

It's important to note that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, repairs, or alterations performed by unauthorized craftsmen or repair shops. In the event that your piece is damaged and falls outside the warranty coverage, we are happy to provide you with a repair estimate. This ensures that you have the option to professionally restore your jewelry, even if additional costs apply.

TZURI Jewelry Exchange Policy

At TZURI, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to simplify the exchange process. Our refined policy ensures professionalism and clarity:

  • Refund Time Frame: 72 hours to submit an exchange request for a full refund from the time of receiving your order.
  • Eligibility Criteria: Item must be in pristine condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchange Initiation: Contact us at sales@tzuri.com to start the process. Upon approval, a pre-insured shipping label and clear instructions will be provided.
  • Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Report defects, damages, or incorrect items to sales@tzuri.com promptly.
  • Restocking Fee: A nominal fee may apply based on the item's condition.
  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Bespoke or personalized items cannot be returned. No returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • Extended Exchange Period: 14 days from receipt to initiate an exchange for another item of equal value.
  • Optimized Exchange Process: Return the original purchase for the fastest exchange. Make a separate purchase for the desired item once the return is accepted.
  • Refunds: Refund status will be communicated upon receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds processed to the original payment method; allow standard processing time.
